After an incredible 47-year career filled with hard work, craftsmanship, and commitment, we’re proud to celebrate the retirement of one of our most valued team members — Sal Filippo.

From his early days at Car Craft in Brooklyn to his decades of service here at Elizabeth Truck Center, Sal has been much more than an employee. He’s been a mentor, a craftsman, and a true cornerstone of the ETC family. His dedication to quality and his steady presence have left a lasting impact on every department — and on everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him.

At a special retirement dinner and celebration, our team came together to share stories, laughter, and heartfelt thanks for all that Sal has given over the years. Watch the video here to relive some of the highlights and kind words from the night.

Sal, thank you for your decades of excellence, loyalty, and friendship. Your work has helped shape the culture and reputation of Elizabeth Truck Center — and your legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come.

Once ETC family, always ETC family.
